The second redesign of the FRYDAY mobile app: a refreshed interface, smoother navigation and an improved loyalty experience.
The FRYDAY burger chain's mobile app had already found its audience, but the interface needed a refresh and the user journey needed simplifying. At this stage the task was to deliver a second redesign of the app — making it more modern, faster and more convenient.
We refreshed the visual language, simplified navigation and brought the core features — the FryWallet balance, Frycoins rewards (FryClub), the "burger of the day" and personalised offers — into a clearer structure.
The focus was on shortening the user path: guests complete the action they need in fewer taps, while rewards and offers became more visible.
The result is an updated iOS and Android app that keeps the brand style and brings guests back more effectively.
