The first version of the FRYDAY burger chain's mobile app — the first digital experience of the loyalty programme and rewards.
This is the first version of the mobile app for the FRYDAY burger chain — the brand's first step into a digital product. The task was to give guests a single, simple app for loyalty and rewards.
In this first version we laid the foundation: a personal account, a rewards system (Frycoins) and special offers. It became the basis for everything that followed.
It was the experience of this version that later led the app through two redesigns (the first and the second) — the interface, navigation and user journey were improved step by step.
So the first version became the starting point of FRYDAY's digital journey and set the foundation for every later version of the brand's mobile product.
